For in-stock items, orders typically ship within 3–5 business days.
For pre-order items, the estimated shipping date is clearly stated on the product page. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the listed shipping
timeline.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent via email.
If there are any unexpected delays, we will communicate updates directly.
PRE-ORDERS
Some items offered on our site are available for pre-order.
Pre-order items are currently in production and will ship at a later date. The estimated shipping date is always listed on the product page.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you understand and agree that your order will not ship immediately.
We work to meet all stated timelines, but production delays may occasionally occur. If this happens, we will provide updates as needed.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached.
To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
Customers may choose between a refund or exchange, depending on availability.
Due to import fees and logistics, we do not accept international returns.
